Impulsive Escape LLC, doing business as Impulsive Escape Travel (“Impulsive Escape Travel,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), may receive consumer health data when travelers voluntarily provide health, accessibility or accommodation information that is relevant to requested travel services.
This Consumer Health Data Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use and share consumer health data and how consumers may exercise their rights regarding that information.
Categories of Consumer Health Data We Collect
Depending on the travel services requested and the information a traveler chooses to provide, we may collect consumer health data such as:
- Food allergies, dietary restrictions or other dietary needs related to health
- Mobility limitations, disability information or accessibility requirements
- Information about medical equipment, mobility devices or assistance needed while traveling
- Medical conditions, health considerations or physical limitations that affect travel arrangements
- Pregnancy-related travel considerations when relevant to a requested travel service
- Vaccination, immunization or other health documentation when required for a destination, supplier or requested travel service
- Other health-related information a traveler voluntarily provides that is reasonably necessary to research, arrange, manage or service requested travel
We collect and use this information for purposes such as evaluating travel options, communicating requested accommodations, identifying appropriate travel arrangements, coordinating accessibility or dietary requests, satisfying supplier or destination requirements, and providing travel services requested by the traveler.
Sources of Consumer Health Data
We may collect consumer health data from:
- You directly
- A parent, legal guardian or other authorized person providing information for a traveler
- A spouse, family member, travel companion, group leader, employer or other authorized person coordinating travel
- Travel suppliers or travel-industry partners involved in a reservation or requested travel service
- Travel-management, customer-relationship or other service providers used to manage information you or an authorized person has provided to us
Categories of Consumer Health Data We Share
When reasonably necessary to provide requested travel services, we may share:
- Allergy and dietary information
- Mobility and accessibility information
- Medical equipment or assistance requirements
- Health-related travel restrictions or accommodation needs
- Health documentation or other health-related information required for a requested travel service
We seek to limit the consumer health data shared to information reasonably necessary for the specific travel service or request involved.
Categories of Third Parties With Whom We Share Consumer Health Data
Depending on the travel arrangements requested, consumer health data may be shared with categories of third parties such as:
- Cruise lines
- Hotels and resorts
- Tour operators
- Airlines
- Transportation providers
- Excursion and activity providers
- Travel insurance providers
- Destination management companies
- Other travel suppliers involved in providing a requested travel service
- Technology or service providers that process information on our behalf in connection with our travel-planning services
Impulsive Escape Travel does not currently have affiliates with which we share consumer health data.
Your Consumer Health Data Rights
Subject to applicable law, you may have the right to:
- Confirm whether we are collecting, sharing or selling consumer health data concerning you
- Access consumer health data concerning you
- Request information about third parties and affiliates with whom your consumer health data has been shared or sold
- Withdraw consent to future collection or sharing of your consumer health data where processing is based on consent
- Request deletion of consumer health data concerning you

Please do not include sensitive health information, passport numbers, payment-card information or other sensitive documents in your initial email. We may request additional information reasonably necessary to verify your identity and authenticate your request.
We will process authenticated requests within the time required by applicable law.
If we decline to take action on a request, you may appeal the decision by emailing Cheryl@ImpulsiveEscape.com with the subject line “Consumer Health Data Privacy Appeal.” Please identify the request you are appealing and provide any information you believe is relevant to the appeal.
