GROUP TRAVEL

Travel Together.

I’ll Handle the Details.

01.

Friends & Family Groups

Getting everyone on the same trip is easier when one person keeps the details organized. I help coordinate cruises, resorts, tours and vacations for families and groups of friends, from a few rooms or cabins to larger group getaways.

Celebrations & Milestones

Birthdays, anniversaries, graduations and other big moments are more fun when everyone gets to be there. I help coordinate the travel details so your group can focus on the reason you’re going in the first place.

03.

Clubs, Communities & Affinity Groups

Some of the best group trips start with something everyone already loves. Food and wine, books, movies and TV, sports, wellness, ancestry, history, faith, music, hobbies, crafts and clubs can all become a reason to travel together.

Play pickleball while sailing the Mediterranean. Follow Outlander through the castles and Highlands of Scotland, visit Game of Thrones locations in Croatia or Northern Ireland, step into Middle-earth in New Zealand, or plan a Bridgerton and Jane Austen trip through England.

A book club could follow places from favorite stories. Bakers could plan a trip around sourdough and local bread traditions. Coffee lovers could visit farms and roasters where their favorite beans are grown. A yoga or wellness group could practice somewhere beautiful they’ve been saving on Instagram for years.

Genealogy, gardens, quilting, knitting, photography, golf, concerts, Formula 1, Christmas markets, wine regions, cooking classes… whatever your group is already obsessed with. If it gives your people a reason to travel together, there’s a trip we can build around it.

Corporate & Organizational Travel

From company retreats and incentive trips to conferences and organization travel, I help coordinate accommodations, group rates, transportation and other trip details. You’ll have one point of contact helping keep the planning organized from the first request through travel.

For larger organizations and special events, I can also help explore full-ship cruise charters and other large-scale travel options.

PRIVATE YACHT & SHIP CHARTERS

Your Group. Your Own Ship.

Private multi-night charters range from intimate sailing yachts and catamarans for a small group to luxury yachts, small ships and full-ship cruise charters. They’re a great option for milestone celebrations, families, groups of friends, clubs, incentive travel and organizations looking for a more private experience at sea.

Depending on the vessel, your group may have more flexibility with the itinerary, ports, dining and onboard experiences. Tell me what you have in mind and I’ll help explore which charter options make sense for your group size, destination and budget.

GROUP TRAVEL MADE EASIER

One Point of Contact From Start to Finish

Group travel comes with more moving parts than a typical vacation. I help manage the group setup, traveler details, deadlines and supplier communication so you’re not stuck acting as the travel agent for everyone else.

Group Rates & Perks

Depending on the supplier, destination and number of rooms or cabins, your group may qualify for special rates, amenities, credits or complimentary space.

Room & Cabin Blocks

I help secure and manage group space so travelers have a clear way to book within the group.

Traveler Coordination

I keep track of important deadlines, traveler information, booking details and other pieces needed to keep the group organized.

One Advisor

Your group works directly with me from planning through travel. No call center and no bouncing between different people.

RESORT & LAND GROUP BOOKINGS

Flexible or Contracted? It Depends on Your Group.

When you’re planning a group stay at an all-inclusive resort, hotel or other land-based destination, there are usually two ways to structure the booking. Cruise groups work differently, so this specifically applies to resort and land-based group travel. The right setup depends on your group size, how certain your headcount is, and whether flexibility or locked-in pricing and room inventory matter more.

MORE FLEXIBILITY

Flexible Groups

A flexible group setup is often a good fit for smaller or more casual groups. You’re essentially linking individual reservations together to create a group. Travelers book from the rates and rooms available when they’re ready to reserve, so pricing and room availability can change as people book.

BEST FOR

  • Friends and family trips
  • Smaller groups
  • Groups with an uncertain headcount
  • Travelers booking at different times
  • Groups wanting fewer commitments upfront

MORE STRUCTURE

Contracted Groups

A contracted group is often the better fit when you want to reserve a specific block of rooms and keep pricing consistent for your travelers. Depending on the supplier, a contract may hold room inventory and lock in rates for the group, with the possibility of additional group benefits. It also comes with deposits, deadlines, cancellation terms and room commitments.

BEST FOR

  • Larger groups
  • Corporate or organization travel
  • Groups needing many rooms at one resort
  • Popular dates or limited inventory
  • Groups where consistent pricing matters

You don’t need to know which one you need before you contact me. Tell me about your group and I’ll compare the available options, explain the differences and recommend the setup that makes the most sense before you commit.
