Bali: Temples, Villages & Ubud
A 9-day value-priced small-group Bali journey through temples, rice terraces, local villages, Ubud and the east coast.
Why This Trip Stands Out
This is a lower-priced Bali option with much more depth than a simple beach stay. The itinerary mixes temples, villages, rice terraces, mountain scenery and Ubud in a small-group format.
- UNESCO-listed Jatiluwih rice terraces.
- Balinese temples and traditional villages.
- A community guesthouse stay for a more local experience.
- Mountain scenery, hot springs and an optional active day near Mount Batur.
- Ubud plus time on Bali’s east coast.
Sample Itinerary
Days 1–2 | Seminyak & North Bali
Begin in southern Bali, then travel inland toward rice terraces, temples and the cooler landscapes of the island’s north.
Days 3–4 | Bulian & Kintamani
Spend time in a Balinese community and continue toward the volcanic landscapes around Kintamani and Mount Batur.
Days 5–6 | Ubud
Explore Ubud and its surrounding temples, villages and cultural sites, with time for optional food, wellness or active experiences.
Days 7–9 | East Bali & Candidasa
Finish on Bali’s east side with temples, coastal scenery and time to relax before departure.
