Sample Itinerary
Days 1–2 | Cairo
Arrive in Cairo and explore the city’s historic heart before visiting the Pyramids, Sphinx and Grand Egyptian Museum.
Days 3–4 | Aswan & the Nile
Travel south to Aswan, connect with Nubian culture and spend a night aboard a traditional felucca as you sail along the Nile.
Days 5–7 | Luxor
Continue to Luxor for Karnak Temple, the Colossi of Memnon and the Valley of the Kings, with time for local experiences along the way.
Day 8 | Return to Cairo
Arrive back in Cairo and conclude the organized itinerary.

Where You’ll Stay
Most nights use comfortable hotels. One night is a simple deck-style felucca stay with shared facilities, and two nights are aboard sleeper trains.

Before You Choose It
A Few Things to Know
The overnight felucca is intentionally basic, with deck sleeping and shared facilities. Two nights are aboard simple sleeper trains. Abu Simbel is optional and requires a very early, long day. On Day 8, avoid booking a flight before 3 PM.
