Sample Itinerary
Days 1–2 | San José & Sarapiquí
Begin with the included arrival transfer, group welcome and a cooking experience. Travel into coffee country for a community-based visit before continuing toward Arenal.
Days 3–4 | La Fortuna & Arenal
Spend time around La Fortuna with a mix of planned group moments and flexible choices such as hot springs, wildlife or outdoor activities.
Days 5–6 | Monteverde & Manuel Antonio
Travel through Monteverde’s cloud forest region, then continue to the Pacific coast. Explore Manuel Antonio National Park with a guide and watch for monkeys, sloths and tropical birds.
Days 7–8 | Manuel Antonio
Use your final full day for the beach or an optional activity. The tour ends in Manuel Antonio on Day 8.
